Please take the card to the Post Office. Where possible, customers are notified of the parcels tracking code allowing you to track the parcel as notified in your "Shipping Confirmation" email. Rock Around The Block does reserve the right to vary the carrier if we beleive we can more effectively ship goods to you via another means. EPDM rubber pond liner may be shipped via a variety of carriers due to the large volume and weight. You must be available to take delivery and sign for a shipment of EPDM. *Rates

Please note Rock Around The Block reserves the right to vary the carrier used for your parcel but we will always ship by the fastest possible method. There are no pickups. Returns Policy Rock Around The Block has a 7 day returns policy. Goods must be returned in their original unopened packaging. Goods that have been opened cannot be returned unless faulty. Before returning goods, please contact Rock Around The Block by e-mail or telephone. Return freight is the customer's responsibility. For economy and security we recommend Registered Post. Please be aware a restocking fee may apply for non-faulty goods. Did you use a promotional voucher, code or certificate? If you paid for all or part of an item you want to return with a promotional coupon or code, that part of your refund will be credited to your account, available to use the next time you place an order with Rock Around The Block.
