Attention Phillip,  Thanks to all at Rock Around the Block for great service several days ago.  My "Resun" fish pond pump was calling for attention by trying to vibrate the fish into the air. A new impeller was the thing required. My wife said "go and get a new one from Bunnings" but I remembered that several years ago I had quick service from "Rock around the Block". In fact I believe someone delivered a part to our house on the way home from work!  So onto the net and a quick call to Phillip indicated that the old business premises was no longer and the internet was the way to go. An order placed at around 1030 in the morning had the part at my home at 1600 in the afternoon and the fish happy soon after. It is a bit easy to overlook good service these days, people would rather complain about the bad experiences. But credit where credit is due! While it is not exactly the "sale of the year" I thank all at your business for the prompt service.

I must confess that I originally purchased a pump from that big hardware store (B..........s) and the staff there knew nothing and when I got the thing home it was unable to meet my requirements so I took it back to see if they could get in a bigger one to do the job and (yep you guessed it) they had to ring the supplier and seek a recommendation. Then I would have had to wait for them to get it in so.......
I took a punt on your web site after "Googling my way in " and lo and behold you guys had all the specs listed so I placed an order to match my needs and it's here.......bloody hell....nobody performs that well............thanks again...you've won my future business!

Update - Fitted liner over the weekend. Very pleased that I decided to spend a bit more money (3 times the price actually) and do it right.
The rubber liner was much easier to install than PVC as it stretches to reduce the number of wrinkles and looks a great job. I don't even have to worry about the Corellas pecking their way through it.

Thank you for providing such an excellent service. My husband was very very impressed. He is not “into” the internet – usually spends time doing searches for things and they don’t work . . . . . Considering I have had your price list since April 2002 and he said he would get around to purchasing a pump - he was very impressed that in five minutes without leaving the house we had made the purchase from a very good selection of pumps.
We have a 1000 S Cascade pump that we have had for many many years and have been very pleased with its performance and reliability.

G'Day Staff,
Monday night I made a query on your website about a pump and filter. Last night (Tuesday) I had your reply, and I ordered what I needed through your site at about 9PM, and specified standard delivery. The pump at filter were on my doorstep when I got home at 5:30pm tonight (Wednesday).
Holy smoke - DJ's can't even do that. What's the express delivery like - does the stuff get here the day before I need it? One "attaboy" to all concerned for the excellent service and support from your company and web site. This is what will make the "world wide wait" worth the wait.
