PondMax SubAIR Aeration systems offer a proven solution for aerating water bodies with low oxygen levels, Stratification due to exposure to direct sunlight, and Algae bloom or sludge build up. SubAir aeration is a diffused aeration system whereby the shore mounted compressor forces air through a diffuser at the bottom of the pond for safe and effective aeration.  This unit utilises Disc Diffusers that are commonly used in demanding Wastewater treatments plants, Aquaculture and Fish Ponds that require 24 x 7 operation.  

NOTE: This kit does not include 3/8” tubing, and it needs to be ordered separately.

Recommendations

• We recommend care in handling and storage to prevent tearing, puncturing, or fouling of the rubber membranes. If units are to be stored before installation, it is recommended to utilise the original unopened shipping cartons.
• If you note a large volume of air in a localised area, this could potentially indicate damaged diffuser membrane.
• Care must be taken to ensure that the unit is installed in an area that is not prone to flash flooding.
