Return Policy
From Rock Around The Block, we want to say 'Thank you' for ordering with us in the first place.
I) If you are reading this 'Return Policy' then either you want to know us better or you have some trouble with the product(s).
Whichever it is, we are here to help you and we have jotted down a thing or two below that you may like to know;
- - You can cancel the order anytime before it is shipped.
- - Almost all of our products have manufacturers warranty which span from 1 year thru to 30 years, some even life time.
- - So you can relax as you are covered on warranty returns. The specific details would be on the actual product listing.
- - If the item is faulty and inside the warranty period, please call at 1300 733 113 or email us at sales@ratb.com.au to advise us of the details of the product issues.
- - We will detail our return procedure to you directly, once we have analysed the problem.
- - For faster procesing of returns, please keep your order# and date of order in hand or specify in the email.
- - Any tampering/removal of warranty/identification labels or cable cutting or damage to pumps / electrical components will void warranty
In all the cases we will endevour to help you as much as possible to resolve issues quickly.
II) Items excluded from Change of Mind Returns*
To protect the quality of our service and products the following items are excluded from our change of mind return policy.
The following are sold on a strict no refund or return policy, unless they fall under a warranty claim:
- - Any items specifically cut to size at your request, items cut per liner meter as Pond liners, Geo fabrics, Cables, Spiral Tubes, Hoses, Custom manufactured lights & fixtures, heavy items more than 10kgs, items requiring user assembly and more.
- - Any tampering/removal of warranty/identification labels or cable cutting or damage to pumps / electrical components will void warranty
- - Commercial quantities are non refundable.
- - Clearance items are non refundable.
- - No change-of-mind refunds on sale items
*No change-of-mind refunds after seven days
III)All refunds will be either a exchange of similar item of equivalent value or equivalent store credit
IV) Ensure orders are checked when received. Claims for missing components and / or damaged products must be made within 72 hours of receipt of delivery of the goods. Photographs may be requested to support these claims.
V) All other claims other than warranty must be notified to our office within 7 days of delivery.
