Aquascape Clear for Ponds’ specialised formulation contains a blend of clarifiers designed to clear cloudy or discoloured water and reduce debris that attaches to rocks and gravel.

Dosage instruction:

• Liquid disbursed from one pump squeeze treats 380L of water
• Add to the area with the most circulation.
• Treat once weekly for maintenance. During spring start-up or for dirty ponds, treat twice a week for two weeks.
• We also recommend aerating the pond for at least 24 hours after application for even distribution.

How to eliminate and prevent algae bloom in your pond?

• Due to the small size of the suspended algae cells filtration media that are too porous may not be able to fully catch and remove them. Premium biological and pressure pond filters, offered by us.
• Providing more shade for the pond’s surface by adding surface plants such as water lilies will reduce the direct sunlight received by the pond and in turn reducing algae bloom.
• Avoid over feeding the fish as the uneaten fish food are one of the major culprits that cause algae bloom. Please also ensure that count of aquatic life within the water body is appropriate for its size. Higher number of fish will generate more fish waste which will disturb the balance within the pond ecosystem without timely filtration.
