You use this in combination with Elevate EPDM QuickPrime Plus Primer to scour clean the mating surfaces of the sheets of EPDM prior to the application of Elevate QuickSeam Splice tape, FormFlash, SA Flashing, EPDM Repair Kits and Pipe Flashing Boot.
