Tips on use
How do I make healthy cuts?
- Lock the saw in the undercut position and make the first cut approximately a foot from the trunk, cutting about 1/3 of the way through the branch. This will prevent the bark from tearing down the trunk.
- Lock the saw in the overhand position and make the second cut another few inches out from the first, cutting all the way through the branch.
- With the saw locked in the overhand position, make the final cut right at the branch collar where the branch meets the trunk
