Hozelock Pump Barrel Assembly and Plunger-Viton & Garden Sprayer - 4098 (previously Z0400)
Replacement complete pump assembly and handle for all Hozelock Viton pressure sprayers.
Will also fit some Garden Pressure Sprayers upgrading them to Viton specs for hydrocarbon solutions.
Replaces Hozelock 4095 and can replace Hozelock 4096 (but gives lower handle profile)
Replacement complete pump assembly and handle for all Hozelock Viton pressure sprayers. Will also fit most Garden Pressure Sprayers available in Australia upgrading them to Viton seal specifications for hydrocarbon solutions.
This Part No 4098 assembly (previously Z0400) will suit the following:
- Hozelock Viton industrial sprayers models 5088, 5089, 5105, 5107, 5110.
It can also replace Part No. Z4902 or Part No 4095 which will cheaply upgrade the pump barrel assembly to Viton seal specification in the following:
- Hozelock Garden Sprayers models 4127, 4005, 4007, 4010, 4043, 4045, 4455, 4513, 4515, 4518, 4530, 4443, 4445, 4448, 4140.
It can also replace Part No. 4096. It will give a lower profile pump handle with no disadvantage but will also bring the barrel assembly to Viton seal specification. It works perfectly in the following:
- Hozelock Killaspray Plus models 4905, 4907 and 4910
Please lubricate seals with silicon O-ring grease such as Molykote 111. Avoid petroleum jelly.
